Bom estou recomeçando esse blog, recomeçando a dieta, recomeçando os exercicios, recomeçando tudo..... dessa vez, vai ser a última
Hoje é dia 26 de outubro, tarde para a maioria, mas eu penso que é melhor tarde que mais tarde e se hoje eu estou com 80 e varios, amanha posso estar com 90 se nao colocar um freio, pois dos 70 para os 80 foi num piscar de olhos, horrivel isso!!
Bom o blog por enquanto está restrito so pra mim, pois acho um porre isso de ir lá, fazer um post e aparecer meses depois, como eu fiz, entao ate eu me decidir por seguir a linha realmente e ir adiante com os meus propositos, so eu ler!!
Nao sei quanto estou pesando hoje, vou saber logo mais que terei consulta com a nutricionista marta, e que eu ja conheço e ela tem uma dieta que funciona, essa deve ser quase a nona nutricionista que vou esse ano e so tenho engordado, nao por causa delas, mas sim por minha causa mesmo!!!
